The results are pretty good looking, and most importantly to me VERY LITTLE STUTTER and FPS averaging 45-50. Yes, actually ALL of my games (except for ones browser-run) are locked at 41 fps. Yet another settings suggestion, this is working awesome for me, 2560x1440 using Nvidia control panel also with settings and 50 FPS limit. These are easy to miss when focussing on windows, nvidia or ingame settings. Has anyone of you ever had the same problem or maybe ideas for a solution?Ĭheck that no framerate limit/target is set in any oc sofrware like afterburner of gputweak.
I already tried changing the ingame-framerate limits, played around with graphic settings, restarted my PC, checked for any new driver updates (of which there were none) and made sure the monitor and all Nvidia Control Panel settings are correct. My system is definitely be able to handle these games at way higher framerates and I haven't made any system-related significant updates in the last few weeks. But also Garry`s Mod, League of Legends and Rainbow Six Siege have their FPS locked to 40.
You can clearly see that it stays pretty steady at the 60 FPS level. Limit the FPS only in the Nvidia control panel. V-sync in MSFS must be OFF for a non G-sync supported monitor. Trouble is, the limit has no apparent effect. The blue line now shows the same run-through with the max frame rate of 60 FPS enabled. Steve, As I said, 'I limited my FPS to 30' in my Graphics setting. So I tried some other games to see if the issue is only in CS:GO. We, therefore, backed out of the game and turned on the max frame rate and set it to 60 FPS in the NVIDIA control panel but also still have VSYNC OFF. Since starting up my PC today and trying to play some CS:GO I noticed my game was lagging pretty hard.
